TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Below is a list of terms of conditions in relation to affiliate sales and
payments:
1/ Commission of 20% is paid for each initial sale (any future orders from the
same customer generate 15% commission). Payment is made at the end of each month
once the total commission amount exceeds $US100. Should the total not exceed
this amount, the amount will carry over until at least $US100 is reached.
2/ BetterLifePharmacy.com reserves the right to cancel any account without
notice and all accumulated commission will be paid out.
3/ Should any sale result in a refund to the customer, the commission for that
sale will be forfeited. The affiliate will be notified by email. Should the
Commission for that sale have been paid, the forfeited commission will be
subtracted from future payments.
4/ BetterLifePharmacy.com reserves the right to change the percentage commission
amount without any notice.
