Return Policy
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Shipping
Express courier service can take up to 5-10 days to arrive. Registered Air mail service takes up to 10 -21 days to arrive. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate or if the items are in stock.

Better Life Rewards Programme
Information about the Better Life Rewards Programme contained on this site form part of the conditions for the programme. One reward point is currently worth $1US and is subject to change. Reward points are not redeemable for cash and can be used, with Better Life Pharmacy, on the next order or accumulated to greater reduce the cost of future orders. Reward points are earned on the purchase price of the prescription drugs only and not on any mailing or other associated costs that may be applicable from Better Life Pharmacy or associated suppliers. We reserve the right to change any conditions or to cancel the programme at anytime. From time to time special offers for bonus reward points will be made to members and the specific conditions will be outlined with these offers. Employees of Better Life Pharmacy, associated suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible for the Better Life Rewards Programme. Where accumulated points are used, either partially or in full to obtain medications, a valid prescription for the ordered drug must be on file or provided by the customer. Rewards points can only be redeemed against prescription drugs which are available through Better Life Pharmacy.
