What is the difference between Branded and Generic Pharmaceuticals?
There is very little difference between the two. While they may not look the same, and go by different names, the generic drugs are designed to have the same effects as their branded counterparts.

All of the generic products supplied through Better Life Pharmacy are produced to high quality standards from manufacturing plants regularly inspected by the US Food and Drug administration or equivalent local bodies.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
We have complete confidence in the quality of the products we supply and offer a full money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied return your purchase to us for a full refund, your satisfaction comes first. Please contact us first before sending products back.
How do I order?
Use the product search function on the left hand side of any page by entering the full or partial name of the pharmaceutical you are looking for or use the search by letter function.
The search result will give you a description of the pharmaceutical and the price, you indicate the quantity you are after and add to your shopping cart.
Your shopping cart is your order form and allows you to place multiple orders for the products you need. Once you have filled your cart proceed to the checkout where you provide your relevant details so we can process your order.
You will receive a confirmation order email which will describe how to send us your prescription.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. A valid prescription is required from a licensed doctor from your own country and must be received by us before we approve your order. Generally once we have received the prescription this can be used for refills for a period of up to 12 months, and we keep it on file for future orders.
Due to FDA regulations you can only order 3 months supply of product at any given time.
How do I send my prescription to you?
You can fax, email or post your prescription. Our mailing address is Better Life Pharmacy, PO Box 269, Cherrybrook, NSW, 2126, Australia. If you are a Member of Better Life Pharmacy you can also directly upload your prescription to our server.
Do I have to be a member to place an order?
No you don’t. There is no requirement to become a member to purchase from Better Life Pharmacy.

What if I cannot find the drug I am looking for?
We stock over 1600 quality products but if you have used the search facility and still can not find the prescription drug you are looking for then contact us and we will attempt to source from our suppliers.

How long will it take to process my order?
After receiving your prescription, your order is immediately despatched using registered mail or EMS express.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping fee starts from as little as US$12 with usual delivery times of between 21 - 28 days registered post. Express shipping starts from $19 with usual delivery times of between 5 - 10 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. We can accept Western Union transfers, contact us for more information.
What is your fax number?
You can send your prescriptions to our US fax number, (917) 591-2216. If the above number is busy use our secondary US fax number (212) 901-0956. Do not leave voice messages at these numbers as they can not be received. You can also scan and email us your prescriptions.
Can you organise a prescription for me?
We can not write a prescription for you. The order is held open until we recieve a prescription or it is cancelled by you. Organise with your local doctor for a prescription. We will not charge your card until we have recieved a valid prescription and your order is ready to ship.
What is the "FDA Waiver and Realease of Liability"?
This is a requirement of the FDA the states you understand that you are purchasing medication from outside their jurisdiction (I.e. The USA). It does not affect our product guarantee in any way. We fully endorse all our products, and offer the same money back guarantee should you not be satisfied. This waiver is simply a requirement of the FDA so the products can pass through US customs with no problems. The waiver is included in the shipment.
Your site says I need a prescription, but in my country I don't need one?
If the destination country does not require a prescription for the product, i.e. the product is available over the counter in the destination country, you may not need to send in a prescription. Simply email us once the order is placed to inform us of the order number and to state a prescription is not required. We still reserve the right to obtain a prescription if we feel it is needed for importation requirements.

What is your phone number?
We have a US toll free customer service number, 1-866-839-9581 or 888-523-9088. These number are monitored 7 days a week, 9am to 8pm (EST), if you get voice mail, leave a message and we will return the call. Our Sydney Australia number is, +61-2-9659-0654. The best way to contact us is via email, service@betterlifepharmacy.com, as we monitor this email address outside normal business hours.
Once I enter in all the shipping information I can't proceed with the order. I have cookies turned on, what can I do?
Some web browsers, such as Earthlink and Webtv, do have problems with the 128bit encryption used on our site which can cause these problems.
The easiest solution is when faxing us your prescription, include your billing and shipping information and we will process the order for you manually.

I am trying to fax my prescription but the fax dosn't work as I am calling from outside the USA. What do I do?
Our primary fax number is a US toll free number and it may not work for international customers. You should try our secondary fax number (212) 901-0956, or scan and email us your prescription.
